Champagne

Classic Champagne Cocktail Said to have been the winning cocktail in a New York cocktail competition in the late 1890’s. Built in the glass with a brown sugar cube soaked in Angostura bitters, Cognac and topped with sparkling wine then finished with Grand Marnier and an orange twist.	14
Bellini Created in Venice in the 1930’s and named aft er the 15th century Venetian painter Giovanni Bellini, due to the drinks pink colour, and the fact that Giovanni like to use bright pinks on his canvases. Made with peach puree, peach liqueur and topped with sparkling wine.	14
French 75 Legend has it that this drink was created in Paris at Harry’s Bar in the 1920’s, the drink was named after the 75 field gun used by the French army during the First World War. Made with lemon juice, Plymouth gin and topped with sparkling wine.	14
