With this in mind, Charlie and his team have lovingly put together a drinks menu that reflects a mix of classics, some new found favourites, and an extensive range of premium spirits, ensuring a wide variety of flavours to sate the appetite of even the most discerning connoisseur.  

So, whatever your passion -  a classic cocktail, a cheese plate and a fine bottle of red, or perhaps your very own bottle of spirits for the table, Charlie wants you to feel at home, so grab a seat, sit back, relax and enjoy….

Every Monday to Friday Charlie runs a happy hour with 2 for 1 cocktails from 5-8pm giving you the chance to sample some of his wonderful cocktails and on Saturday nights come down and try the $10 Martinis.

Who knows, you may even get to meet the man himself!
