Entertaining at Charlie's Bar
Perfect for entertaining loved ones or important clients - why not have dinner in the Mill’s fantastic dining room upstairs, http://themillrestaurant.com.au, followed by pre or after dinner drinks downstairs in Charlie’s Bar.   Or just head straight to Charlie's and indulge in some of our wonderful bar snacks or perhaps one of the best cheese plates in town with a lovely big bottle of red.

Bookings are welcomed and highly recommended, especially on Friday and Saturday evenings.

Cocktails making classes
Let the bartenders at Charlie's entertain your friends or corporate clients with cocktail making classes.  The session lasts for an hour and a half (4.00-5.30pm) and includes 3-4 cocktails, some cocktail making tips, hands on cocktail making and lots of fun!  Of course you are welcome to stay and enjoy some more drinks afterwards.   Venue Hire
Smaller parties
Tables and smaller areas of Charlie’s can be reserved for small groups at no charge and no minimum spend.   Please note, for groups over 10 you will need to leave a credit card number to secure the booking (a $250 cancellation fee applies).

Larger areas of the bar can be reserved for parties up to 100 people (the capacity of the Bar is 145), again there is no charge for this or minimum spend required.

The venue can be hired exclusively Sunday - Thursday, minimum spend required (the cost differs depending on which night you book).

Platters of food are available (please see the functions food menu) or you can choose from the bar menu which is available until 10.30pm.
