Charlie's is a sexy, sophisticated cocktail bar nestled beneath the critically acclaimed Mill Restaurant.  Charlie's and The Mill - the perfect amalgamation of eating and drinking over two luxurious levels oozing with character.  Indulge in dinner upstairs and finish your evening off in style downstairs in Charlie’s Bar.   Or - cut to the chase and head straight down to Charlie's.

Open Monday - Saturday from 5pm 'til late  (and Sunday's by arrangement) Charlie’s Bar has become a Melbourne Mecca for outstanding cocktails, food, and service.

Housed within a converted warehouse of infinite rustic charm, Charlie's boasts exposed brick, dark wood and polished concrete fused with the luxury of soft leather sofas and golden wallpaper Charlie’s will seduce your senses from the very moment your feet hit the stairs and you emerge into the warm glow of the candle lit lounge.  

Being a person of immaculate taste, Charlie has a penchant for the finer things in life (such as eating and drinking!). With this in mind, Charlie and his team have lovingly put together a cocktail list that reflects a mix of classics alongside some new found favourites, ensuring a wide variety of flavours to sate the appetite of even the most discerning connoisseur.

So, whatever your passion -  a classic cocktail, a sumptuous cheese plate and a great bottle of red, or perhaps your very own bottle of spirits for the table (complete with complimentary mixers), Charlie wants you to feel at home, so grab a seat, sink back, relax and enjoy….

Charlie’s infamous Happy Hours include:

Mon & Tues    $4 Pure Blonde
and house wine
Wed                 jugs of seasonal cocktails for $25
Thu                  $9 cocktails
(selected) all night
Fri                    $3 bubbles and $4 pure blonde 5-7pm
Sat                   $10 martini’s until 11pm and a DJ (no cover charge).

Functions
You are welcome to reserve an area or a table in Charlie's Bar at no charge.  

Friday and Saturday nights are especially busy, to avoid disappointment make sure you call to make a booking.

Opening Hours - GeneralCharlie’s Bar is open Monday - Saturday from 5pm til late and Sundays by arrangement. 

Music
Charlie's plays upbeat lounge music, such as Hotel Costes, Supperclub, Miguel Migs etc.  Nothing too heavy, nothing to hard and not too loud!  A DJ plays each Saturday from 9pm (no cover charge).
